Over the last 15 years I have led both small teams of employees and large teams of both paid and volunteer workers. In several roles I have translated vision and strategy into operational plans and projects with great success. With a background in organisational psychology and development and significant experience in a variety of senior roles, I can make a valuable contribution to organisations during transformation.
My professional experience is across the public sector, corporate, and civil society including working in senior leadership positions in Finance, Workforce, Change and Project Management. I have led many projects in the change and transformation area including Mental Health, Relocation, Mergers, Digital Strategy Rollout, Banking, Environmental and Social Justice areas.
The skills I bring are across leadership development, change management, stakeholder management, strategic planning, program management, financial transition, workforce planning and strategic communication. I have a great capacity to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and acutely aware of the need to influence incrementally.
I am the Convenor and Founder of Australasian Change Days, a global virtual event for organisations and individuals who are Stepping Up to find solutions to challenges that have no easy fix. In 2020 the theme was Building Connectedness, in 2021 it is Steering into and Embracing Complexity. Visit the website australasianchangedays.com for more information and check out the YouTube link to see some of the great presentations we've had!
I love playing in challenging environments and I'm the eternal optimist! Who else would organise a big event during covid-19!
